With 3 unique levels of search service, a partnership with DB Search Group will provide a results-oriented solution that is designed to fully cater to the type of position and meet the particular urgency level of your organization’s current hiring needs.

TIER I - CONTINGENT SEARCH

TIER I - CONTINGENT SEARCH

This search level is most appropriate for a position that has less urgency on time-to-fill; typically, a mid-management level position where the talent pool of qualified candidates is much larger than that of those more senior or executive level, and the deadline is more open-ended.  This model also applies to the company that is already running their open position through other search agencies and/or plan to be running their own ongoing internal hiring process, receiving a multiple stream of candidates from several sources at once and therefore calling for a much less comprehensive search from our firm.  As always, the candidates are fully screened, vetted, and prequalified.  We have an impressive 68% fill ratio with this model which is far beyond normal for contingency search.

The full placement fee is paid only upon the successful hiring of one of our candidates and it has a                          90-day replacement guarantee.

TIER II – ENGAGED SEARCH

TIER II – ENGAGED SEARCH

This level combines retained with contingency models.  It’s an exclusive and confidential search designed for clients with time-sensitive, precision-based needs for a critical top position to be filled for their organization with a higher level of Leadership talent.  We devote greater time and resources on the procurement of high-level candidates in this search, screening them through much more rigorous vetting and providing our client a full-scale talent acquisition process.  We have a 100% fill ratio with this model.

As an engagement investment, the client pays only ¼ of the total fee upfront for resource allocation and to start the search process, with the remaining majority of the fee paid contingent upon the successful hiring of our candidate, and it has a 6-month replacement guarantee.

TIER III – RETAINED SEARCH

TIER III – RETAINED SEARCH

This level is used for all highest priority searches with the greatest urgency tied to filling them with a top Executive Leadership hire.  As our ultimate partnership model, our firm acts as a full extension of your company’s internal Talent Acquisition team and takes on all of its responsibilities from start to finish.  This is a fully uncompromised, highly effective search process where we devote the greatest amount of time, energy, and resources to this exclusive and confidential search, and dedicate a set number of recruiters solely toward the successful placement.  The client has full exclusive rights to all presented candidates during this process and they are not shown to any other companies until fully released from the search process by the client.

The performance-based fee is paid in three 1/3 installments; 1.) upon signoff on the start of the full-scale search process, 2.) upon presentation of ALL the candidates, and 3.) upon the candidate’s start day as a new hire.  Overall, the position will be filled quicker, more efficiently, and with a much higher quality candidate.  We currently have a 100% fill ratio with this search and it has a full 1-year replacement guarantee.
