The company provides design and outsourced manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain management to the medical device industry. With approximately 25 locations, This company employs 4000 people. The Human Resources Manager will have 5-10 years' HR generalist and benefits administration experience, including recruitment and staffing, performance management and implementation of benefits. A working knowledge of state and federal human resource laws and regulations; Excellent PC skills; including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS software. Must possess exemplary organizational/problem solving skills.

* Responsible for the development and administration of the PayXpress Time & Attendance system.
* Participate as a team member for the PeopleSoft HRMS payroll system implementation project.
* Perform needs assessment, scope definition, and project monitoring for HRMS/payroll system projects. Develop and redesign business processes using PeopleSoft.
* Plan and implement systematic research and probing analysis of complex functional problems and solutions.
* Oversee the implementation of a formal training program for new Supervisors/Editors of the Time & Attendance System.

Act as a liaison between HR, other corporate departments and employees regarding HR issues by Coordinating the process of receiving employee relations related inquiries and issues following prescribed Human Resources (HR), Company and business unit policies, practices, procedures and regulatory requirements. Provide assistance and project support for Employee Relations (ER) Consultants, Management and other HR staff.

Benefits Administrator, International Financial Company

The Benefits Administrator will provide daily administration of new hires, leaves of absences, termination, IT reporting, and monitoring of ERISA compliance. This role is also the lead point of contact for benefit related questions. The Administrator will then either resolve or forward the issues to the appropriate person for timely and accurate resolution.
